I’m a software engineer with degrees in computer science and biotech.

Languages I have production experience with include Ruby, Elixir, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and more.

With a solid background in the fundamentals of software engineering, I am confident in my ability to rapidly learn new languages and frameworks.

Why Computer Science?

When I was working in bioinformatics I realized that my favourite part of the day was writing code. Then I took computer science classes and really enjoyed them. If you enjoy problem solving, I highly recommend giving programming a try, regardless of your background or identity.
